  • International Shipping: Currently unavailable

Returns:
At Fade Concept Store, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed. All sales are final.

Exceptions:

  • If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund.
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will offer a full refund or send a replacement.
